High-temperature corrosion protection

The design of high-temperature corrosion protection based on Abris S-T material was developed at Sealing Materials Plant LLC for underground laying pipelines in oil production and transportation areas and related products with a transported product temperature of up to + 110 °С.

The design is designed to make protective coating on pipelines with a diameter of 57 to 2440 mm or more (including steel tanks), shaped elements of various degrees of complexity, welded joints of steel oil, product pipelines and branches from them, as well as to repair places of damaged insulation of pipelines, gas pipelines, oil pipelines, water pipelines in route conditions.

The operating temperature of the coating is from minus 60°C to plus 110°C. At the request of the consumer, it is possible to produce high-temperature anticorrosive protection with a wall temperature of up to plus 140 °C.
High-temperature anticorrosive protection based on the Sealant Abris S-T meets the requirements of GOST 9.602-2016 and GOST R 51164-98.

On the basis of high-temperature Abris designs, the industrial production of a heat-shrinkable cuff has been mastered.

The set of high-temperature heat-shrinkable cuff Abris S-T consists of:

heat-shrinkable cuff Abris S-T-DT;
lock plate AbrisS-T-DT;
bitumen-polymer primer Abris.

A heat-shrinkable cuff  is available both in a set (ready-made segments for determining the diameter of the pipe), and in a roll for self-cutting parts.
The dimensions of the tapes and parts depend on the shape of the insulated part.
