Sealing of units of refrigeration and other industrial equipment

The sealant Abris Mh has developed for sealing components in refrigeration and industrial equipment. This material has a wide range of applications, including joint sealing and noise absorption, while ensuring high reliability and safety of use.

Places of application

sealing the corners of the housing before filling the foam;
sealing the gap between the flange and the refrigerator body sealing of the refrigeration system and CMA units;
sealing of seams of external and internal cabinets of refrigerating chambers and freezers;
noise absorption at the entry points of the capillary tube into the evaporator and suction tube;
sealing of the connections of the parts on the tank of the washing machine.

Technology

Before applying the sealing material Abris Mh, prepare the work surface: dry, clean from dust, dirt, rust and apply a primer. From the tape (parts) of the Abris Mh-LB (DB) brand coated on both sides with anti-adhesive material, remove the anti-adhesive material from one side, install a mastic layer inside on the work surface of the product and roll it over the anti-adhesive layer. Remove the anti-adhesive layer from the other side of the tape and attach the surface of the second product. From the tape (part) of the Abris Mh-LT (DT) brand, coated on the one hand with an anti-adhesive material, and on the other with a reinforcing one, it is necessary to remove the anti-adhesive material, and apply the tape (part) with a mastic layer on the work surface and roll it over the reinforcing coating. Before installing Abris Mh-Sh cord, the surface of which is insulated with an anti-adhesive material, the anti-adhesive coating is removed from one side (unwound).
