The Federal Career Guidance Program aims to do just that. The resource center, created in the city of Dzerzhinsk on the basis of the Technical College several years ago, is ideal for the educational efforts of business to be most effectively integrated into the educational process. Therefore, our plant regularly holds thematic master classes for the students of the Resource Center, expanding their horizons, guiding them in the possible choice of a future profession and at the same time getting the most interested and promising audience in their person.

Topics of the next master class: Abris vibration and noise isolation technologies. Abris sealant successfully fights noise and vibration in cars. The materials used are Abris VBD-1, VBD-2, VBD-3 and their modifications depending on specific applications and tasks.

In addition to cars, noise and vibration protection technologies are used in ventilation systems, in units and mechanisms, in a word, where such man-made impacts can adversely affect the operation of equipment and the person himself. In the practical part of the lecture, our specialist explained the technology of applying the material to the insulated surface. Vibration and sound insulation were clearly shown on the example of a galvanized sheet, which, after gluing the sealant plates on both sides, became silent. Particular attention of students is drawn to the ease of application of Abris sealants, due to their excellent self-adhesive properties.
