Scope of application:
It is intended for application to metal pipelines, tanks and reservoirs for polymer insulating tapes based on the Abris series sealants for corrosion protection of metal surfaces and in the construction of protective coatings based on bitumen and polymer-bitumen materials.
Bitumen-polymer paste-like non-curing mixture of drying type.

Method of application:
Before applying the primer Abris R-NK, it is necessary to clean the metal surface from dust, dirt, traces of soot, oils, moisture, ice or frost. Surface cleaning should correspond to degree 4 according to VSN 008-88.
Apply the primer with a brush, a spray gun or a primer machine.
The application of the primer should be carried out at a temperature from minus 60 to plus 60 °C.
At ambient temperatures below plus 5 °C, work can be carried out only after holding the primer for 24 hours at a temperature not lower than plus 15 °C and not higher than plus 45 °C.
The consumption of the primer Abris R-NK is on average 150-200 g/m2.
Work should be carried out in rubber gloves away from open sources of fire in well-ventilated areas or outdoors.
Keeping
The primer in packaged form should be stored in closed rooms that protect it from exposure to sunlight, precipitation and mechanical damage. The storage temperature should be no lower than minus 40 °C and no higher than plus 50 °C.
The warranty period of storage is 12 months from the date of manufacture.
