Sealant for marine cable
Abris SK sealant is intended for use as a sealing layer of a marine cable with plastic and rubber insulation, resistant to hydrostatic pressure in the longitudinal direction up to 15 MPa.
Description of the material
The sealant Abris SK (TU 2513-018-52471462-2012) is a thermoplastic composition based on a polymer binder. Brands of sealant Abris SK: Abris SK-B and Abris SK-Btg (hard combustible).
Color — from white to dark gray.
Appearance-a plastic homogeneous mass in the form of a briquette, without visible filler particles and foreign inclusions.
The briquettes are packed in corrugated cardboard boxes. The operating temperature of the sealant is from -60°C to +90°C. During processing, it is possible to influence temperatures up to +150°C, for a short time up to +180°C.

Directions for use
When working with Abris SK sealant:
- Free the briquette from the release packaging.
- Submit to special equipment for processing by injection molding or extrusion.
- Apply to the work surface at temperatures up to + 150 ° C.
