Sealing Materials Plant
Manufacturer of materials and technologies Abris.
1.1 The places of passage of engineering communications and metal structures through the walls when sealing them by pouring concrete are sealed with a self-adhesive waterproofing material Abris VS, which effectively works in a closed volume both in the presence of hydrostatic pressure and in its absence. When water enters, the material Abris VS swells in a closed volume, fills all the voids, thereby preventing the penetration of water (Fig. 1,2).
1-solid base;
2-waterproofing material Abris VS;
3 — reinforced concrete product made by pouring method;
4-pipe, channel, etc. solid structures.
1.2 The places of passage of engineering communications and metal structures through the already erected walls of buildings are sealed with a waterproofing self-adhesive sealant Abris S in the form of products suitable for the created structure.
The main technical characteristics of the waterproofing material Abris VS:
Operating temperature | from minus 60°C to plus 140°C |
Resistance to hydrostatic pressure, MPa, minimum | 7 atm. (70 m of water column) |
Swelling in water |
|
Filtration coefficient, cm / sec., no more | 7 atm. (70 m of water) |
Bond strength with concrete at separation, MPa, not less | 0,10 |
Penetration, 0.1 mm | 30-60 |
The sealant is in the form of a self-adhesive bentonite tape of rectangular cross-section, which is covered on both sides with an anti-adhesive material.
Section: Cords
Packaging: corrugated cardboard boxes
TU: 5772-008-52471462-2007
Sealant in the form of a self-adhesive tourniquet of round or rectangular cross-section, which is covered with an anti-adhesive material.
Packaging: Corrugated cardboard boxes

The waterproofing material Abris VS-B is a mastic-polymer mass from dark gray to black. Produced in the form of a file-package for an air gun or a manual gun for sealants. The material has good adhesion to both dry and wet substrates. Upon contact with water, the material expands in volume and fills all voids, actively resists water backwater.
