Sealing Materials Plant
Manufacturer of materials and technologies Abris.
The barite panel Abris is intended for protection of building structures from ionizing radiation as a covering of walls and ceilings in medical, scientific and industrial premises.
Barite panel is an eco-friendly material, compared to lead sheet. And compared to barite plaster, the installation of barite panels is easier and faster.
Also, the barite panel has vibration-and noise-absorbing properties.
Description of the material
Barite panel Abris is a combined panel consisting of a radiation-protective part (baritone-filled material Abris RZ, lead plate) and construction and finishing material (glass-magnesium sheets( sml), glass-cement panels (scl), metal sheets, drywall sheets (gkl), etc.). On the back side of the panel is covered with a protective film. The thickness and design of the radiation protection part is formed depending on the required lead equivalent.
Along with radiation-protective properties, Abris barite panels effectively reduce the level of sound pressure. Airborne sound insulation index Rw - 59 dB with a panel thickness of 15 mm in accordance with GOST 27296.

Instructions for use
When applying it, you should follow the project documentation approved in accordance with the established procedure.
Work on the construction and cladding of structures using Abris barite panels is carried out under dry and normal humidity conditions (SNiP 2-3-79) at a temperature of not less than +15 °C.
Installation should be carried out in accordance with the instructions for the use of the Abris barite panels. For the installation of radiation-protective barite panels, Abris uses a metal profile and brackets for drywall.
The parts can be attached in both transverse and longitudinal directions. To attach the panels to the frame, use system fasteners (screws).
All joints and abutments are filled with self-adhesive radiation-protective material: Abris RZsk-01-LB tape or Abris RZsk-01-Sh cord.
Then carry out decorative finishing (painting, facing with ceramic tiles, decorative plastering, etc.).
Storage
In closed storage areas with dry and normal humidity conditions, excluding direct sunlight and precipitation. GSH – 12 months.
Security measures
When working with the Abris barite panels, no special protective equipment is required for the workers.
