The cornice is fastened with latches, as shown in Figures (1A) and (1B).

In the first case (Fig.1A), the installation is carried out by pre-drilling holes for a dowel-nail, with which special metal fasteners are screwed to the ceiling, into which the cornice is snapped.

In the second case (Fig.1B), holes are pre-drilled in the wall to attach a special L-shaped bracket, to which the cornice of the vertical blinds is attached.

Procedure for assembling X-ray protective blinds

  1. Unpack the curtain rod (2) (Fig. 2) by carefully cutting the packing sleeve. Be careful with cutting objects that may scratch the product. Loosen the rope (6) and the control chain (7). Attach the curtain rod with the latches (3) to the brackets (4).
  2. Insert the slats (1) through the mounting hole (9) into the sliders (10).

Important! The slats are hung on the hook of the slider from the side of the plastic grover, the decorative fabric is located on the side of the slider latch. The slats should sit firmly on the hook in the slot of the slider (see Fig. 3).

For reliable mounting of the structure with increased weight, it is necessary to strengthen the brackets by combining the two brackets into one (superimpose one on the other).

  1. Straighten the vertical blinds so that the slats are parallel to each other.
  2. Check the operation of the finished blinds.

The slats should move freely along the cornice, and after moving they should be fixed in a vertical position. The product must be installed in such a way that in the open state the slats are located at a distance of at least 2 cm from the heating devices.
