This technology describes how the Abris chemical repair kit can be used to carry out emergency repairs and temporarily eliminate leaks of liquid cargo, such as oil, gasoline, diesel fuel, oil, water, solutions of alkalis, acids, salts, and other technical liquids from railway tanks, tanks, tanks, pipelines, gas tanks, etc.

Description:

The Abris chemical repair kit is used for emergency repairs and temporary elimination of leaks of liquid cargo, such as oil, gasoline, diesel fuel, oil, water, solutions of alkalis, acids, salts, etc. of technical fluid from railway tanks, tanks, tanks, pipelines, gas tanks, etc. The Abris chemical complex has already been supplied to the facilities of the Gorky Railway.

Technology of application of the Abris chemical complex:

	1. Determine the location of the leak
	2. Temporarily seal the leak with sealant Abris LBxs: If there is a visible place of product leakage, it is necessary to seal the damaged area with a small piece of sealant cut from the Outline LBhs tape, then proceed to the preparation of the surface to be repaired.
	3. Preparation of the surface to be repaired - remove dirt and oil with a rag, use a brush in case of heavy dirt; - if necessary, degrease the work surface;
	4. Leak fix: - remove the sealant Abris LBxs (in case of leakage of a chemically aggressive substance, the sealant Abris LBxs must be left); - remove the anti-adhesive coating from the part Abris DTxs/ms 130*190; - quickly stick the part with the self-adhesive side to the place of the leak; - press firmly against the damaged surface, starting from a level above the detection of a leak so that the white sealant covers the leak as much as possible;
	5. Roll the part with a pre-roll roller.
6. If necessary, you can prepare a part of a different size: - cut the required length from the detail Abris DTxs/ms 130*1000 with a knife or scissors; - repeat the steps described in paragraph 4; - glue the ends of the glued part with tape Abris LB xs 50 *2 from below and above, after cutting off the required length and removing the anti-adhesive coating; - roll the part with a rolling roller.

Guaranteed operation time of the chemical complex under dynamic loads is not less than 24 hours from the moment of gluing the part. For a longer time of operation of the chemical kit, it is recommended to replace the kit part with a new one if necessary. For stationary oil storage facilities, it is allowed to operate the parts for 1 year.

After the delivery of liquid cargo and emptying the tank, it is recommended to make routine repairs.
