Russia and England are connected by centuries-old, equal and strategic interaction, which is currently successfully developing. Undoubtedly, trade ties occupy an important place in cooperation between countries.

Today, trade and economic cooperation between Russia and Britain is one of the most dynamically developing areas of mutually beneficial partnership. Among the most important areas of cooperation are the implementation of international commercial projects and investment processes, the organization of joint ventures, as well as innovative activities. On January 25-28, 2007, an international meeting of Russian-English business circles was held under the program "World Experience and Russian Economy". As part of the Russian delegation, the meeting was attended by: V.  Savchenkov, First Deputy Director, Chief Specialist of ZGM LLC, and Chief Accountant - I. Sukhacheva.

All participants of the business meeting that took place noted the relevance of holding this event, which opens up a real prospect for enhancing Russian-English cooperation. During the meeting, the participants were offered an interesting and rich program, which included: round tables on topical issues of the economy, on investment issues; meetings with public and business circles, acquaintance with the cultural sights of London. After returning from a business trip, Vladimir Savchenkov noted that “... such events are new good opportunities to raise international trade and economic partnership to a new level. In general, they contribute to the strengthening of friendship and mutual understanding between peoples.”
