On the last weekend of July, the teams of Russian construction complex companies gathered in Moscow on the field of the Yantar stadium. Among the participants of the first All-Russian mine-football tournament was the ZGM team. In such an informal atmosphere, the Russian Union of Builders, trade unions and the Stroitelstvo trade magazine proposed to celebrate the Builder's Day-2007.

Within two days, teams from twenty-one enterprises competed for the palm. The number of participating teams turned out to be very solid for the first tournament, and there is not so much time to go through all the stages. This is understandable: employees of enterprises entered the field, for whom it is not easy to escape from the production process of their companies. Apparently, that is why the organizers proposed a non-stop competition. In four sectors of the playing field, there was a tense game of four pairs of participants at once.

As the players of the ZGM team recall, the tournament was not easy. It was quite difficult to rebuild in the games, because the opponents changed at breakneck speed. 

Unfortunately, our players did not manage to climb the podium, but the team was overwhelmed with emotions after returning home from the tournament. In general, the participants of the tournament noted the great benefit of such meetings, when colleagues and partners can be looked at in a non-standard setting. At the end of the tournament, its organizers made a proposal to hold football matches between the teams of the construction complex annually. Well, it's interesting - meetings without ties, but in football boots.
