New year, new spirit

Within three days, our employees were trained under the program "Practice of effective business management". In form, this was a symbiosis of theoretical and practical classes aimed not only at obtaining specific managerial skills, but also at revealing the personal potential of everyone and a positive attitude. It is noteworthy that in the same classroom they learned how to manage business, people and themselves, both the heads of the enterprise, headed by the director Galina Savchenkova, and young engineers who had recently arrived at the plant.
