It is recommended to work with Abris EMInk material at an air temperature of at least minus 20 °C. Before applying Abris EMI material, the protected surface should be cleaned of rust, dirt, dust, and defective places should be plastered with waterproof polymer-cement compositions. The surface should not have chips, shells, solution surges and other damage with a depth or height of more than 2-3 mm.
When working with a part Abris EMInk/k-DTf with an adhesive layer, it is necessary to remove the anti-adhesive coating from it, press the part with an adhesive layer to the work surface, if necessary, additionally roll the part with a roller or smooth it with your hand. Similarly, attach the remaining parts butt-to-butt, avoiding gaps. The places of possible gaps are isolated using the tapes Abris EMIsk-LB, Abris EMIsk-LT.
