Oil-resistant mastic-polymer layer in the form of a part coated on the one hand with an anti-adhesive material, on the other hand with an oil-resistant reinforcing material (polyethylene, foil, metallized PET film).

Sealing of flange connections of technological and capacitive equipment from mineral, vegetable, machine oils and other oil media.

Method of application:
Before applying the sealant, the work surface must be prepared — dried, cleaned of dirt and dust, and in winter from ice. Remove the exfoliated outer layer of rust and traces of corrosion from the rusty surface. If necessary, before applying the sealant, the surface must be treated with mastic Abris Rms, or degreased with acetone.
At an outdoor temperature below plus 5 °C, work can be carried out only after holding the sealant for 24 hours at a temperature of at least plus 15 °C, it is recommended to use thermal equipment during installation.
The anti-adhesive coating must be removed from the part, then the part must be applied to the work surface with the sealing side, pressed tightly or rolled with a roller through the anti-adhesive coating.
When working with a sealant, no special protective equipment is required for workers.
