Method of application:
The brands VBD-1tg, VBD-2tg are self-adhesive, the brand VBD-1TG is self-adhesive and deposited at temperatures up to 190 °C.
Self-adhesive brands of the vibration damping block have a good self-adhesive ability to any dry surfaces.
When working with the unit, the use of special protective equipment for workers is not required.
Installation is carried out at an ambient temperature of at least plus 15 °C. When storing the unit at negative temperatures before installation, the unit must be kept in a room with an air temperature of at least plus 15 °C for 24 hours.
Before using the unit, the working surface of the structure (housing) of the product must be drained and cleaned of dirt and dust.
The self-adhesive stamps of the block are insulated on one side with an anti-adhesive coating. Before use, the anti-adhesive coating is removed from the block, and the block is glued to the work surface.
The deposited grades are placed on horizontal surfaces and surfaces with a slope of no more than 45 °С and subjected to temperature exposure up to 190 °C for 0.5 hours.
