Abris S-B sealant is an uncured mastic-polymer material packed in a file bag for a pneumatic pistol or a hand gun for applying sealants.

 Application area:

• Sealant Abris S-B is intended for sealing seams and joints in structures made of various materials (metal, concrete, foamglass, brick, rubber, plastic, etc.) in buildings and structures of all types.
• Including sealing of joints and junctions of prefabricated structures:
•  - sealing of lock joints of sandwich panels;
• - sealing of joints with an overlap of a roof from a professional flooring, corrugated metal;
•  - sealing of glazing of greenhouses, greenhouses;
• - waterproofing under siding.

Depending on the penetration range (consistency), Abris S-B sealant is divided into the following types:

• Abris S-B_200/220 - is packed in file bags for pneumatic device or other container (polymer, metal buckets, barrels). Temperature operating conditions from minus 60 °С to plus 70 °C, as agreed with the customer, the temperature range can be increased to plus 140 °C;
• Abris S_KL-B_200/220 - a sealant used for gluing foam glass products, gluing them to various porous and non-porous surfaces (metal, brick, concrete), as well as for sealing the joints between foam glass products, is packed in file bags for pneumatic metal or other containers (polymer, metal buckets, barrels). Temperature operating conditions are from minus 170 °C to plus 160 °C;
• Abris S_M-B _250/330 - is packed in cartridges or other containers (file bags, metal buckets, barrels), in a frost-resistant design. Operating temperature conditions from minus 180 °C to plus 70 °C, in agreement with the customer, the temperature range can be increased to plus 140 °C.

All types of Abris S-B sealant can be manufactured not supporting combustion - Abris S_TG-B.

Used equipment, tools, materials:

• gun for applying sealants (pneumatic or manual);
• knife or scissors;
• rag.

Preparation of the sealant: The sealant is completely ready for use and does not require preheating. The minimum outside air temperature for application is -10 °C.

 Surface preparation: Clean the work surface from dust, dirt, ice and dry. Remove the peelable outer layer of rust from the rusty surface.

 Sealant application: Take out the file-package with material Abris S-B from the box. Cut off the clip from the file package with a knife or scissors. Insert the package file into the gun. Cut the nozzle on the gun at an angle of 45° to the required size (but not less than 5mm). Apply sealant to the work surface using an air gun or hand gun.

Sealant storage conditions: Store in a dry place.

Security measures: When working with Abris S-B sealant, no special protective equipment is required for workers.

This material can be purchased in a frost-resistant version - Abris Sm-B Ø 48, which is designed for work at low temperatures (up to -20 °С). The material has increased plasticity and stickiness to cold working surfaces.
