The mastic is chemical resistant and can be applied with a spatula.
Application area:
- preparation of the surface before applying chemical-resistant sealant Abris used to protect process and capacitive equipment, building structures from mineral and organic acids, alkalis and other aggressive media.
Characteristics: Black colour.
Output form: Mastic paste-like, drying, based on a gasoline series solvent (white spirit).

Mode of application:
1.Before use, the mastic should be thoroughly mixed, if necessary, diluted with gasoline, white spirit.
2.Before applying the mastic, the work surface must be prepared - dried, cleaned of dirt and dust, and in winter, with a brush, cleaned of ice, snow or frost. From the rusty surface, remove the peeling outer layer of rust and traces of corrosion.
3.Mastic Abris Rhs-sh is applied with a spatula.
Work should be carried out in rubber gloves, away from open sources of fire, in well-ventilated areas or in the open air.
Drying time of mastic at a temperature of 20 °C is not less than 24h. The drying time of the mastic depends on the solvent included in the composition, the ambient temperature.
The consumption of mastic Abris Rxs-sh during application is ≈ 1 kg per 1 m2.
