Bitumen-polymer mastic in the form of a homogeneous paste-like mass, applied with a brush. Black colour.
Application area:
- sealing of seams, joints, filling of irregularities, pores, cracks (interpanel joints, locking joints of sandwich panels, corrugated roofing, etc.);
- waterproofing of surfaces of concrete structures;
- sealing of thermal and acoustic foam glass insulation.
Colour: gray to dark gray*
* it is possible to manufacture mastic of other colors as agreed with the customer (taking into account the possibilities of production and the volume of the order).
Release form: paste-like mastic, drying on the basis of a gasoline series solvent (white spirit). It is used for sealing interpanel joints; waterproofing surfaces of concrete structures.

Mode of application:
- Before use, the mastic should be thoroughly mixed, if necessary, diluted with gasoline, white spirit;
- Before applying the mastic, it is necessary to prepare the work surface - dry it, clean it from dirt and dust, and in winter, clean it from ice, snow or frost with a brush. Remove the peeling outer layer of rust and traces of corrosion from the rusty surface;
- Abris Rs mastic is applied with a spatula or with a construction gun. The thickness of the mastic layer when sealing interpanel joints is determined by the size of the joint. It is recommended to apply mastic in the joint with a spatula with a layer thickness of not more than 10 mm. Mastic Abris Rs in cartridges is applied with a construction gun with a cord thickness of at least 5 mm.
Work should be carried out with gloves, away from open sources of fire, in well-ventilated areas or in the open air.
Drying time at a temperature of 20 °C is at least 24 hours. The drying time of the mastic depends on the solvent included in the composition, the ambient temperature.
The consumption of mastic Abris Rs with a layer 1 mm thick is 1.3 kg per 1 m2.
