Mastic in the form of a homogeneous pasty mass in a biocidal design (for operation in tropical and subtropical climates), resistant to the effects of bioorganisms, is applied with a brush. Black colour.
Application area:
preparation of the working surface, sealing joints, filling irregularities, pores, roughness of joints in structures made of various materials in tropical climates or indoors with high temperature and humidity.

Product release form: pasty mastic, drying, based on a gasoline solvent (white spirit).
It is used for sealing seams and joints in structures made of various materials (metal, concrete, plastic, rubber, wood, brick).

Mode of application:
- Before use, the mastic should be thoroughly mixed, if necessary, diluted with gasoline, white spirit;
- Before applying the mastic, it is necessary to prepare the work surface - dry it, clean it from dirt and dust, and in winter, clean it from ice, snow or frost with a brush. Remove the peeling outer layer of rust and traces of corrosion from the rusty surface;
- Mastic Abris Ru trop-k is applied with a brush in 1-2 layers, with a construction gun from a cartridge, by pneumatic or airless spraying with a pump.
Work should be carried out in rubber gloves, away from open sources of fire, in well-ventilated areas or in the open air.
Time of drying of mastic at a temperature of 20 °C not less than 24h. The drying time of the mastic depends on the solvent included in the composition, the ambient temperature. To reduce the drying time, it is allowed to carry out accelerated drying of the mastic at temperatures up to 110 °C in chambers with forced ventilation, observing the safety regulations when working with flammable liquids. The accelerated drying time depends on the drying temperature and the thickness of the mastic layer.
Consumption of mastic Abris Ru trop-k with a layer of 1 mm thickness is 1 kg per 1 m2.
