Method of application:

It is recommended to work with radiation-protective material at an air temperature not lower than minus 10 °C. Work at an air temperature below minus 10 °C (but not below minus 20 °C) can be carried out only after exposure of the radiation-protective material at a temperature of plus (20-30) °С From within 24 hours.

Before applying radiation-protective material to the metal surface, it must be cleaned of dirt and dust. Remove the exfoliated outer layer of rust from the rusty surface. The surface should be dried and treated with mastic Abris Rp. Before applying radiation-protective material to a concrete or brick surface, it must be cleaned of dirt, dust, and defective places must be plastered with waterproof polymer-cement compounds. The surface should not have chips, shells, solution surges and other damage with a depth or height of more than 2-3 mm. Loose, crumbling areas must be hardened, the surface must be dried and treated with mastic Abris Rp or primer waterborne Abris VRP.

When working with the tape Abris  RZsk-01-LB, it is necessary to remove the anti-adhesive coating on one side of the tape, apply the tape to the work surface, press it tightly or roll it with a roller through the anti-adhesive coating, and then remove the anti-adhesive material from the other side of the tape. Lay Abris RZsk cord along the edge of the tape and similarly apply the next tape tightly butt-to-butt, avoiding gaps.

Workers must be provided with overalls and safety shoes according to industry standards.
