Sealing of expansion joints of buildings and structures with Abris materials

Sealing consists of filling with a sealing mastic and a cord or applying a tape at the mouth of the joint formed by joining adjacent prefabricated elements.

The use of non-hardening Abris materials for sealing of vertical and horizontal joints in the construction and renovation of large-panel and brick buildings provides a number of advantages:

high adhesion to all building materials;
application in a cold way due to the self-adhesive properties of the material;
frost resistance: application temperature up to - 20 °С;
reliable sealing of joints of various structures, even with deviations from the design dimensions and the presence of defects;
possibility to use in structures subject to vibration.

The use of non-hardening mastics (tapes) for sealing joints during the construction and repair of large-panel buildings provides a number of advantages over other types of sealants:

simple application technology;
ensuring reliable sealing of joints of various structures, even with deviations from the design dimensions and the presence of defects;
low cost.

Sealing consists of filling with sealing mastic or applying a tape at the mouth of the joint formed by connecting adjacent prefabricated elements. The application of sealants in the joint is carried out from the side of the facade. If necessary, the sealant is painted or sealed with cement mortar.
