Sealant in the form of a self-adhesive cord, covered with anti-adhesive material.

Scope of application:

• sealing of flanges and housings of industrial and household refrigerators;
• sealing of equipment used in the food industry in places excluding direct contact;
• sealing the joints of thermal insulation panels from moisture penetration both inside the refrigerator and into the heat insulator;
• sealing of thermal insulation panel assemblies in the places where the slats are used;
• sealing the outlet of the pipes from the evaporator and the refrigerator;
• sealing of seams of external and internal cabinets of refrigerators and freezers (without contact with the air of food storage chambers).

* it is possible to manufacture sealants of other colors in agreement with the customer (taking into account the possibilities of production and the volume of the order).

Method of application:

1. Before applying the sealant, the work surface must be prepared - dried, cleaned of dirt, dust. Remove the peeling outer layer of rust and traces of corrosion from the rusty surface;
2. It is necessary to remove the anti-adhesive material on one side of the cord;
3. Apply the cord to work surface and press it through another layer of release liner. At the same time, tight, without gaps, fit of the sealant to the surface should be ensured;
4. Remove the release coating completely.

 Sealing works are recommended to be carried out at an outside air temperature of at least -10 °C. Sealing work at an air temperature below minus 10 °C (but not below minus 20 °C) can only be carried out after the sealant has been held at a temperature of plus (25-30) °C for 24 hours.

 When working with sealant, no special protective equipment is required for workers.
