Method of application:
Before using the sealant, the working surface must be prepared - drained, cleaned from dirt and dust, and in winter from ice. Remove the peelable outer rust layer and corrosion traces from the rusty surface. It is not recommended to perform sealing operations at ambient air temperature below minus 20 ° С, in case of rain, snow, fog. If necessary, before using Abris tg sealant, the surface shall be treated with water-diluted Abris VRP primer. At ambient air temperature below plus 5 ° С, operations can be carried out only after holding the sealant for 24 hours at temperature not lower than plus 15 ° С, it is recommended to use thermal equipment during installation.
When working with the part, it is necessary to remove the release material and apply the part to the working surface, press or roll it tightly through the release coating. When working with a sealant, no special protective equipment is required for the workers.
