Method of application:
Before applying the sealant, the work surface must be prepared — dried, cleaned of dirt and dust, and in winter from ice. Remove the exfoliated outer layer of rust and traces of corrosion from the rusty surface.
It is not recommended to perform sealing work at an outdoor temperature below minus 20 °C, in rain, snow, fog. If necessary, before applying the sealant, the surface should be treated with Abris Rp mastic. At an outdoor temperature below plus 5 °C, work can be carried out only after the sealant has been held for 24 hours at a temperature not lower than plus 15 °C, it is recommended to use thermal equipment during installation.
It is necessary to remove the anti-adhesive coating from the tape, apply the tape to the work surface, press it tightly or roll it with a roller through the anti-adhesive coating. Serves to seal two surfaces.
When working with a sealant, no special protective equipment is required for workers.
