Sealing tape Abris VS-LB
The sealant is in the form of a self-adhesive bentonite tape of rectangular cross-section, which is covered on both sides with an anti-adhesive material.
Scope of application:
- waterproofing of joints and joints of underground structures (concrete, metal, etc.) exposed to hydrostatic water pressure;
- waterproofing of places where engineering communications pass: a structural seam between the foundation plate and the wall; a wall and an overlap; a working seam in the foundation plate.

Method of application:
It is not recommended to perform work on sealing joints of concrete structures at an outdoor temperature below -20 °C, in rain, snow and fog. At an outdoor temperature below plus 5 °C, work can be carried out only after holding the sealant for 24 hours at a temperature not lower than plus 15 °C.
Before installation, the anti-adhesive coating is removed from Abris VS material in the form of a tape. The tape is installed on the concrete surface tightly, without gaps and is connected to each other butt-to-butt. Before applying the material Abris VS, the concrete surface is cleaned of dirt, ice. It is allowed to install the tape on a wet surface. Standing water must be removed from the surface before performing work.
