Mode of application:

Before applying the tape, the work surface must be cleaned. To remove contaminants, the surface is wiped with a cloth moistened with a solvent and dried in air for (8 ± 2) minutes. The degreasing zone should exceed the boundaries of the tape application by 10-20 mm on each side.

The tape is placed on a cleaned and degreased surface with anti-adhesion paper outward along the perimeter of the tooling. Then the anti-adhesion paper is removed and a vacuum film is applied and rolled on the working surface of the tape with the formation of folds to close the vacuum bag. The tape should be glued and rolled in such a way that its surface is even, without wrinkles and air bubbles. The whole process of vacuum forming will depend on the thoroughness of laying.

At the end of the process, the tape is removed from the snap after it has cooled to room temperature; if necessary, a gasoline solvent is used for cleaning.

Guaranteed shelf life - 12 months from the date of manufacture of the tape.

The tape is stored in its original packaging in dry warehouses at any air temperature, protected from sunlight, precipitation and mechanical damage.

Personal protective equipment is not required when using Abris A tape.
